Partnership Conference and Education Tutorials
Register today for the Fall 2010 Infoway Partnership Conference and Standards Collaborative Education Tutorials at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel, Vancouver, B.C., November 15-19, 2010.
Register online and take advantage of the early bird rates-now available until October 15, 2010. Online registration will close November 12, 2010.
What's included
The Conference will kick off on Monday, November 15, 2010. Registration fees include access to all plenary sessions and conference materials, including the keynote address, concurrent tracks focusing on integration and certification or implementation, the Welcome Reception and InfoFair, Standards Development Organization Canadian constituency meetings, and the working meetings of the Standards Collaborative Working Groups, and more.
The Education Tutorials will commence Thursday, November 18, immediately following the Conference, with a variety of standards-based course offerings, including HL7v3 and SNOMED CT.
Discounted rates are available to Standards Collaborative members and students. If you are registering as a student, please send proof of current student status (i.e., a copy of student ID or proof of registration in the current academic year) to Monique Rotondo by fax to 416-595-3156. Please include your full name and the name of the event, "Fall 2010 Infoway Partnership Conference/Education Tutorials" on your fax submission.

Payment, refund and cancellation policies
Advance registrations received with payment by October 15, 2010 will be given the early registration discount. Registrations after that date will be charged the regular fees. All payments must be received in full prior to October 15, 2010.
Refunds will be issued upon request, less a $100 administration fee (plus applicable HST), if notification is received via email by October 15, 2010. No refunds will be made after this date.
Canada Health Infoway reserves the right to cancel sessions should a minimum registration number not be attained.
